Next Level Travel B.V. is based in Curaçao. We comply with the data protection law applicable in Curaçao. Depending on the specific circumstances, particularly your place of residence, additional mandatory data protection provisions may also apply, for example the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

This website is provided via Lovable and, according to its current technical configuration, uses Cloudflare's infrastructure.

When the website is accessed, technically necessary data may be processed, in particular IP address, date and time of access, browser and device information, and the pages accessed. This data may be stored in server logs and is used to ensure the secure and stable provision of the website.

These providers may also process data outside of Curaçao, in particular in the United States.

For CuraVida bookings, the "My Booking" area, internal logins and related system functions, we use Lovable Cloud with infrastructure based on Supabase.

CuraVida Island Tour

When booking the CuraVida Island Tour, your information is transmitted via an encrypted connection to our backend and stored there in order to manage and carry out the booking and to provide you with access to "My Booking".

Next Level Island Tour, Activities and Rental Cars

The information from these inquiry forms is transmitted via an encrypted connection to our server and forwarded by email to Next Level Travel. For the Next Level Island Tour, you also receive a confirmation by email. These inquiries are not stored in our website database.

Vacation Planning

The vacation planning form is prepared, but digital submission is not currently active.

Contact

There is no form on the contact page. You can reach us via WhatsApp or email.

For certain inquiry and confirmation emails, we use the Resend service.

This involves processing the contact details and inquiry content necessary for handling your request. Resend may process data in the United States.

The WhatsApp links on our website are purely external links. No data is transmitted to WhatsApp or Meta simply by loading the website normally.

Only once you actively use WhatsApp will data be processed by WhatsApp/Meta as part of the respective communication. WhatsApp's privacy policy additionally applies in that case.

For communication with guests, in particular in connection with bookings, Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) may also be used. In this case, your phone number and the content of the respective messages are processed via Meta. Meta may process data in the United States and other countries.

The CuraVida video is loaded in a privacy-friendly way only after you actively click on it. For this, we use youtube-nocookie.com.

Before the click, no connection to YouTube is established by the video.

After the click, data such as IP address, device and browser information, and usage data may be transmitted to YouTube or Google. Google may process data in the United States.

The fonts used on this website, Fraunces and Inter, are served locally by our own website. No connection to Google Fonts takes place in order to provide these fonts.

For certain website functions, technically necessary information is stored in your browser:

• nlt.brand-intro.seen (sessionStorage): remembers that the brand intro has already been shown during the current session. Deleted when the tab is closed.
• nlt.locale (localStorage): remembers your selected language. Remains stored until you clear your browser data.
• curavida.booking.draft (sessionStorage): temporarily stores the booking details you've already entered while a CuraVida booking is in progress. Deleted once the booking is successfully completed or when the tab is closed.

As things currently stand technically, this website does not use any marketing or tracking cookies on its public pages.

In particular, we currently do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any other identified marketing tracking.

If necessary for a service you have requested, necessary data may be shared with selected external service providers, for example rental car, accommodation or activity providers.

We only share the data required for the respective service. We do not sell personal data.
