Booking & Cancellation Terms

Your CuraVida booking becomes binding once we send our booking confirmation.

Payment is made on site. The regular price is 100 US dollars per person. If you don't have US dollars available, we exceptionally also accept 100 euros per person in cash.

Cancellation

You can cancel your booking free of charge up until the start of the tour.

Please let us know as early as possible. For very short-notice changes, the best way to reach us is via WhatsApp.

Your inquiry is non-binding at first.

We'll discuss the route, duration, preferences and total price with you personally.

A binding booking only exists once everything has been coordinated and Next Level Travel has confirmed your tour.

You can also cancel this tour free of charge up until the start of the tour.

Please arrive at the agreed meeting point on time.

Next Level Travel is not obliged to delay the start of the tour due to late guests.

In the event of late arrival, no-show, or voluntary termination, there is generally no claim to make up missed services or to receive a refund of the tour price.

Where organizationally possible, we try to find a workable solution.

Changes to a cruise ship's arrival or departure time, port cancellations, or decisions by the cruise line or competent authorities are beyond our control.

If your ship cannot call at Curaçao, or if you are unable to take part in the tour due to a corresponding change, no cancellation costs will arise for our own tours.

In the event of delays, we try to adjust the schedule where possible. However, an adjustment cannot be guaranteed.

Weather, traffic, road closures, safety concerns, official decisions, or other local circumstances may make changes necessary.

The route, order and individual stops may therefore be adjusted or replaced with suitable alternatives.

If Next Level Travel has to fully cancel one of its own tours, payments already made for that tour will be refunded, provided no replacement service is agreed.

Additional travel or consequential costs are generally not covered, unless there is a mandatory statutory obligation to do so.
